Examination process
As if students who must have fully school attendance rule by MHTM, can being allowed to taking their exam. Students’ attendance can check with students’ attendance record list.
Students will get certificate only if they make sure pass both the 40% Theories and 50% Practical exams as per related courses. .Inclusion such as presentation and prepare assignments.
If less than 50% in Theories or Practical exams score, it is considered as failure and student have to make remediation exam the course.

How important is the Front Office department in a hotel?
They greet customers, answer phones, receive and deliver mail, and assist with maintaining and ordering office supplies.
Whenever a problem is occurring, the guest will automatically go to the FO(front office) to complain because it is convenient to contact and converse with other departments.
The FO department always has to make sure the guest will leave the hotel with great satisfaction since FO department is the face of the hotel, the main thing the FO staffs need would be good customer service skills.

The primary functions of the front office include reservations, checking in and out, handling of financial transactions, fielding customer inquiries, arranging guest services.
