Front office
The course will develop learner in interpersonal skill, professional competency in customer service and front desk operation.
How important is the Front Office department in a hotel?
They greet customers, answer phones, receive and deliver mail, and assist with maintaining and ordering office supplies.
Whenever a problem is occurring, the guest will automatically go to the FO(front office) to complain because it is convenient to contact and converse with other departments.
The FO department always has to make sure the guest will leave the hotel with great satisfaction since FO department is the face of the hotel, the main thing the FO staffs need would be good customer service skills.
Learning objectives
By the end of our course you will improve the customer service, good communication skills, will able to keep your working environment organized.
The primary functions of the front office include reservations, checking in and out, handling of financial transactions, fielding customer inquiries, arranging guest services.
