Cruise ships are organized much like floating hotels. So F&B service is one of the main department in a cruise as they tend to serve and please people.
Food and Beverage is the largest department aboard the ship and it’s members are responsible for all dining rooms, restaurants, bars, kitchen.
The food and beverage department is to provide and deliver foods to customers in different location such as hotel, restaurant or maybe even in hospitals.
Learning Objectives
• present students to restaurant and bar service
• upgrade the sales and marketing skills so that the students may be able to give suggestions to customers which will increase the profit base of the operation.
